Steps
- Set up. Paper filter in cap, rinse it, screw onto the chamber. Set on your mug (standard style).
- Coffee & water. 15g coffee in, pour 180g of 85°C water. Here, cooler is sweeter.
- Stir & steep. Stir 3 times, cap on, wait about a minute.
- Press. Press down slow and steady, about 30 seconds. Stop at the hiss: its polite way of saying done.
Sweet, smooth, low acidity, medium body. Cooler water and paper keep it gentle and clean. The most forgiving method here.
