Cold Brew
The patient one. Smooth as a slow waltz.
Coffee steeped in cold water overnight. Time does the work heat usually does, and politely declines the harsh stuff.

Steps
- Combine. 100g extra-coarse coffee and 800g cold water in a jar. Stir until no grain is dry.
- Steep. Lid on, fridge, 14–18 hours. (This timer is symbolic. Sleep on it.)
- Filter. Strain through a paper filter or fine mesh. Twice if you like it crystal clean.
- Dilute & serve. It’s concentrate: mix about 1:1 with water or milk over ice. Straight, it makes you blink.
Very smooth, chocolatey and sweet, with gentle acidity. It tastes low-acid, though its pH is about the same as hot coffee’s. The trade: bright fruity notes mostly stay home. Concentrate, so dilute it.
